Suplimentary

Good morning, people!
As promised, here is 28th and 29th June.
28 June:

I guess, that day I ate a lot of carbs, BUT I had e very serious physical activity - scuba-diving for like 15 mins in a really cold water. It was my FIRST time ever and I really enjoyed it! It feels like you are in outer-space - silence, zero-gravity and peace. You don`t think at all. It's suggesting-worth experience. I'm definitely going to take more classes.
29 June:

You know, that most of the time a do captions for my picture. Sorry, that I didn't do it in my last post! I'll try to make it everyday, but with my schedule it's really hard. When the project will be over I'll do everything daily! Ok, now about the food - If you are working/living next to Brīvības/Elizabetes corner, you should try biz lunch in D`Vine - you`ll be amazed by the prices and satisfied by the quality on day's offer. Now shit part: if you haven't been in Spanish/Italian (?) restaurant Mauricio in Begra Bazars never go there! I mean please, Tuna salad with canned tuna, pickles and POTATO for 3,40?! covered with thick layer of mayo?!!!!! 
Uf, now back to a pleasant part - I'm sitting now in Bar/Restaurant TINTO VINO and having a lovely breakfast. Here's not crowded, cuisine is very tasty and prices very friendly. Plus the have WIFI and nice staff .    
And now surprise-surprise - today everyone will have a possibility to observe shooting of a project I'm involved to. From 12:00-15:00 (GMT+2) on Brīvības/Elizabetes corner where's radio 101 studio contestants of the reality show Calendar.LIVE will read news...naked!!!! So please come by or just visit

Carousel of my last 10 days

Oh, it's been very extraordinary 10 days of my life - starting from simple life without toilet paper ending with scuba-diving and pottering. All of my friends ask what I'v been up to lately, some of my followers, who appeared to be my neighbours, wonders why there were no post for the last 10 days...Guys no worries I'm alive, in fact it's my best summer ever. Despite I'm not really allowed to share any information, I still would like to tell you something about my greatest summer ever.

16 June: no sports


It's 7 in the morning, and I'm already awake writing this post. I had just less than 5 hours sleep. Yes, filming a show is harsh, but moreover it's fun and I was aware of that's it will take everything it's need, even my sleep time. Well, actually I had my siesta nap also of that chicken filet with rice and vegs at 2 o`clock. 
I was planning to jog in an easy tempo for an hours or so, but after my improvised siesta thing got more intense here - I had to take 10 interview, them we had to do some other shootings and eventually I realised that 2 in the morning is not exactly the time for little spots.
I hear you saying: jog now! And I will do it - just 20 mins, coz I gotta work already in 45 mins.

14 and 15 July: Body Pump and Reality Show

Just another maniac Monday started really early for me again - I had to deal with a lot of current tasks before i went on vocation, which started today. This week is one big crazy thing - I got involved into a reality show as a member of a jury and a co-host and now I'm in the middle of nowhere writing this post after 18 hours work. THANX god Bite coverage works here OK. I mean it's not 3G, so picture uploading is very slow, but a connection is stable unlike to whole TV crew, which have either Tele2 or LMT.
Ok now really quick, here is what I ate on Monday:

12 June and blurry 13

My day started really early for me, at 6:00. Now I'm doing master degree at some university, which has strange program for masters - every Friday from 18:00-21:00 and every Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00. Last Saturday I had a two presentations which were not ready, so that's why I woke up and began to work on it. Oh yeah I have to mention that a day before I went to a great party by Amber Muse in restaurant K.I.D, which was stuffed with super nice and handsome/beautiful people. I left at 1:30 as I had that bloody presentation. So after 4 hours sleep somehow I managed to "create" a presentation on European Union and Social Media. Eventually my professor really liked both of mine presentation, which one of them was a total improvisation. Even course mates didn't stay indifferent and asked some questions.

11 June: Meet Kaspars

I'm back on track! 
I had one busy day yesterday. It all started at 8:00 when I woke up. Usually I don't wake up that early (yes, 8 0`clock is early for me), but I din't want to miss my first training with my trainer Kaspars Ozolins (Kapars Ozoliņš), whom I met few weeks ago when I revealed my intention to change my life. Gladly, Karpars agreed to help me. I was a bit nervous, as Kaspars asked me to make a nourishment diary, where I have to put everything what I ate during the day. Those, who read my previous post might got embarrassed by what I ate, but as said before this is exposed daily and truth will be posted here, whether it's ugly or not.
Kaspars Ozoliņš is not only a high class professional, but also a very nice person.

7 days early in the morning

Wow, it's been ten days since my last day. Oh, this blog title has two parts - exposed and daily. With the first part there's no problems, but with the second...well it's been a very intense 10 days - time of reports, meeting and other distracting things. I know it's not a excuse and in the future I'll try to keep it in daily format. However I was keeping track on my nourishment and physical activities and some other stuff.
So here is my last ten days in pictures:
JUNE 3
Pluss two RedBulls, one 200g yoghurt, 150ml ice cream and kefir 750ml
one hour on elliptic cardio machine. Plus I became blond

Obviously I went out...it was Friday, duh!

This picture reflects everything I ate that day. I had a minor hangover, but it din't stop me from one hour on that evil elliptic machine.

As you understand, not every piece I ate got reflected here, but it's pretty much everything what I ate in last 7 days. Plus I got tanned and changed my hair colour 3 time. Over the weekend I'm gonna prepare a post about it.
Today I'm going to meet my personal trainer Kaspars Ozoliņš. I'm so excited... and a bit nervous as it's gonna be my first personal training with him today!

Motive

Motives - such a mysterious phenomenon of our life. Sometimes they are in disguise and unclear even to someone who is lead by them, sometimes they are exposed and laying on a surface, so everyone knows why that person is so determined to fulfil his or her dreams. There are motives, which are dictated by a sudden occurrence in a person's existence, altering values and the way of being, and there are some motives, which were caused by a certain believe. You see, motive is like a spyglass - it helps you to see the place, where you want to get and you can even see every tiny details of it, yet the path to that desired place remains out of a sight. 
My motive belongs to a sudden and very clear one, and really common one though - I want to be happy (read: wanted, beloved and adored). After spending a while philosophizing what are the success key factors in a contemporary society, which is all about consumption, I came to a simple conclusion - you have to be young (young looking), healthy, beautiful and widely recognized to be happy in the western world. 
To become happy one motive only won't be enough - you also have to have a plan, a map to that desired place if you want to. The age of information and technological progress made many thing more available and multitasking. For example the Fame became more "cheap" in the last 10 years - now you can make a silly video, upload it to YouTube and in few month get 10 million views. If you are more smarter, you can start your very one show, with a small budget and unlimited air time or set up a blog and have a wider coverage than an ordinary glossy magazine. So I expect to become widely recognized with a help of this blog - this is one piece of my motive puzzle.
At my age, as at any other, healthy young and beautiful are almost synonyms. I had luck to born ok-looking, however almost 5 years of living without caring about what you eat, not doing any sports, smoking and drinking, resulted in a body, which is far away from someone who can get very adored and wanted and maybe beloved. So here I'm going to reflect all my activities, which are aimed to fix my body shape (more about it later this week), improve my skin and make me more handsome, let's call it grooming. This blog will help me to discipline myself and keep track on my progress. Moreover it will motivate me more - as I gave an oath to become better. 
The Puzzle is almost complete and the motive is stated. But there is something else - I guess there are many guys in this world who shares my motive, but maybe are not that determined. I do really hope that this blog will give`em an inspiration to become better. I already feel, that this path to the desired place won't be an easy one, so I also anticipate some support from prospective readers. 
Next year I'm going to celebrate my first biggest anniversary ever - 25 years. I hope that I will meet my quartet near a swimming pool being proud of myself. Let's see how far I will get.
